Through personalized guidance in private sessions or immersive program I aim to create a space where you feel empowered, supported, and in sync with yourself.
I am an experienced yoga instructor from the USA and Denmark, specializing in creating flowing and energizing yoga practices. I keep a strong focus on connecting breath with movement, enabling participants to reach a meditative state even in the more dynamic practices. I aim to create yoga flows that empower and relax, offering a holistic experience of energy, strength, and inner balance.
